Adult Drawing and Painting

Wednesday, 1:30 – 4:30 – October 13th – December 1st, 2026

Based in the classical atelier method of learning, the adult drawing and painting program provides foundational training in drawing and painting as students gradually progress mediums to painting mediums.

Classes are open to all, regardless of prior experience or skill level. Beginning students will start with drawing while more experienced students will work with the instructor to determine their starting point, based on the student’s artistic goals and desires.

Critiques and instruction are individualized to accommodate each student and each student will progress at their own pace with self guided projects through master copies, still life or drawing and painting exercises.

Attention is given to working with students one-on-one, to help them develop their skills through demonstrations, feedback and tailored exercises.
